Meet the Team

Josh is the founder & owner of Perry's Group (Sussex) Ltd. With over 10 years experience in the industry, his attention to detail and excellent customer service skills have allowed him to build a service company that broke the status quo of a ‘typical tradesman’. He has worked hard to build the Perry’s business and its excellent reputation it is now well known for.

James runs and manages our Electrical division. James has over 11 years experience within the electrical industry, working with both domestic and commercial clients. James has experience in commercial refurbs, re-wires, domestic boiler wiring, intelligent lighting systems & EV charging installation – his eye for detail has allowed him to excel in these areas. His ability to combine customer service with attention to detail along with completing projects within budget will continue to keep Perry's competitive & successful!

Chris has over 17 years experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry. He has an excellent eye for design and specification of bathrooms and kitchens and has built up valuable relationships with well-known showrooms and suppliers in the area. He heads up our quotations, and produces quotations for a wide variety of jobs. Chris’s product knowledge and customer service skills allow him to offer a truly bespoke service to every customer.

A main cog in the company - Stacy manages all of our incoming bookings, enquiries and engineer’s diaries for both the Plumbing & Electrical divisions. Well organised and highly efficient, Stacy keeps all of our engineers busy and most importantly on-time! She is no stranger to customer service previously running her own business in the wedding industry, specialising in suit hire.

Caroline joined Perry’s in November 2023 as our part time accounts administrator.  She has a background in finance and accounts in both the private and public sector working for a variety of companies and now joins Perry’s having spent the last 17 years working in the NHS. 

Layla manages Front of House alongside Stacy, taking all incoming calls, emails and organising our Plumber and Electricians diaries. Layla has a highly proactive attitude to work and has international experience working in Logistics.

An experienced gas engineer, Peter carries a great attitude for problem solving and finishing jobs in a timely and efficient manner. His customer service is excellent and he frequently receives positive feedback from customers and clients alike.

Clayton is a very skilled and experienced heating engineer. With over 40 years experience in the industry there isn't much Clayton cannot repair. Qualified in Gas, LPG & Oil, commercial and residential, Clayton is one of the best in the industry in his field.

Scott is a highly skilled plumbing and heating engineer with over 7 years experience in the industry. He has a very high attention to detail on our installations and is frequently requested by customers when booking in jobs. Scott is a large part of our installations division. 

Introducing Jack our plumber with 15 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing. Known for his reliability and problem-solving skills, Jack ensures every job is done efficiently and to the highest standard. Your home is in great hands with Jack on our team!

​Bennet has over 7 years experience in the electrical industry, he is qualified to NVQ level 3 and has completed his 18th edition. Bennet has experience working in both domestic and commercial premises. He has brilliant customer service skills, an eye for detail and conducts his work in a timely and efficient manner.

Luke is a highly skilled electrician with over 14 years of experience within the industry. He is qualified to NVQ Level 3 and works on both the installation and maintenance side of the business, completing jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

Jon started with us in 2021 from a local company. He slotted straight into our system brilliantly. He is a true perfectionist and carries a great attitude for customer satisfaction. Jon mainly works in our installation division but is keen to extend his skills in the industry through Perry's. 

Chris joined Perry's in 2022 and has been a great asset to the team since joining. Hosting a wide range of skills and a can do attitude, Chris is a highly valued member of the team here at Perry's.  

Jordan begun his electrical career 3 years ago and is now in his fourth and final year of the apprenticeship. Jordan learnt from very experienced workers and as a result of this he is already a competent electrician himself with his final exams just around the corner and waiting to be taken. After his apprenticeship he would like to continue to expand his electrical knowledge by learning the new skills of EV charging, Solar and Battery Storage. All through his time Jordan has been an electrician, he has taken pride in giving an aesthetically pleasing, neat and tidy service and will be keeping these standards high for years to come.

Harry's main focus has always been to learn a trade. Leaning new skills, meeting customers with a diverse range of requirements and working collaboratively with his work colleagues. 

Aside from plumbing, Harry enjoy's time with family, friends and travel.
