Meet the Team

Josh is the founder & owner of Perry's Group (Sussex) Ltd. With over 10 years experience in the industry, his attention to detail and excellent customer service skills have allowed him to build a service company that broke the status quo of a ‘typical tradesman’. He has worked hard to build the Perry’s business and its excellent reputation it is now well known for.

Brad has over 17 years experience in the Plumbing & Heating industry. He has an excellent eye for design and specification of bathrooms and kitchens and has built up valuable relationships with well-known showrooms and suppliers in the area. He heads up our quotations division, and produces quotations for a wide variety of jobs. Brad’s product knowledge and customer service skills allow him to offer a truly bespoke service to every customer.

James runs and manages our Electrical division. James has over 11 years experience within the electrical industry, working with both domestic and commercial clients. James has experience in commercial refurbs, re-wires, domestic boiler wiring, intelligent lighting systems & EV charging installation – his eye for detail has allowed him to excel in these areas. His ability to combine customer service with attention to detail along with completing projects within budget will continue to keep Perry's competitive & successful!

Holly joined our office team in September of 2017. Coming from a business development and client relationship management background she carries a wealth of knowledge and experience to win and manage vital contracts for us.

Kay is a key member of the office team and manages our accounts as well as looking after front of house along side Holly. Kay’s ability to create processes and her organisational skills has meant we offer all of our customers an efficient and stream lined service that we have an excellent reputation for.

Stacy has come from a customer services background, previously she ran her own business in the wedding industry, specialising in suit hire. Stacy works at Perry’s on a part time basis and manages all of our incoming bookings, enquiries and engineer’s diaries for both the Plumbing & Electrical divisions.

Sasha manages Front of House alongside Stacy, taking all incoming calls, emails and organising our Plumber and Electricians diaries. Sasha has over 8 years’ experience within the beauty industry and runs her own beauty company on the days she is not working with us. She has previously worked within customer service roles, providing equipment to the beauty industry.

An experienced gas boiler breakdown engineer, Peter carries a great attitude for problem solving and finishing jobs in a timely and efficient manner. His customer service is excellent and he frequently receives positive feedback from customers and clients alike.

Clayton is qualified to work on Gas, LPG & Oil . His knowledge of all heating & hot water systems is second to none. 

Chris started with us in 2020 from HomeServe and instantly made a huge impact. Chris comes with vast experience in the industry, specialising in kitchen and bathroom installations. His eye for detail and customer service skills are second to none. Chris is a customer favourite and is frequently asked for.

Richard is another who has made the move from HomeServe and has been brilliant straight from the word go. An experienced engineer with a large variety of skills under his belt, Richard can work on anything from a small maintenance job to a large commercial installation to a high standard. 

​Bennet has over 5 years experience in the electrical industry, he is qualified to NVQ level 3 and has completed his 18th edition. Bennet has experience working in both domestic and commercial premises. He has brilliant customer service skills, an eye for detail and conducts his work in a timely and efficient manner.

Luke is a highly skilled electrician with over 12 years of experience within the industry. He is qualified to NVQ Level 3 and works on both the installation and maintenance side of the business, completing jobs in a timely and efficient manner.

Jon started with us in 2021 from a local company. He slotted straight into our system brilliantly. He is a true perfectionist and carries a great attitude for customer satisfaction. Jon mainly works in our installation division but is keen to extend his skills in the industry through Perry's.
